of employment (full-time, permanent), salary or wage & position.
Self-declared
income letter if self-employed.

Proof of
down payment and where it is coming from (i.e. RRSP – \
need proof money was in RRSP and proof it is now in your bank

Gift letter
– letter from family member stating the money is a gift
and not to be repaid.
Savings/Bank
account – need copy of 3 months bank statements showing
accumulation of down payment.

provided it includes the septic coverage clause (if applicable
on acreage).
Potability
Certificate/ Inspection Report from the municipal government (if
applicable on acreage).
Copy of most
recent bills or statements from creditors (if you are required
to pay them for debt consolidation or for qualifying purposes).
Copy of Bankruptcy
Discharge & list of creditors (if applicable).
Letter of
explanation of why bankruptcy happened and why it won’t
happen again (if applicable).
Lawyer information:
Name, phone/fax numbers & address.
If you do not have a lawyer, we work with several lawyers that
you can choose from.
Mortgage
documents to be signed at Concord’s office or othe arrangements
made for all parties to sign documents.
